Welcome! As a long time resident of Flagstaff, AZ and Master’s graduate of NAU, I have worked in several outpatient behavioral health settings and now enjoy private practice from my downtown office. My approach to therapy is an integrated one as I tailor our work around your needs. Some of my favorite therapy approaches include Person Centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Gottman Couples therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I am also deeply honored to work with trauma survivors and First Responders using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). However, the most helpful tools in my toolbox are connection and genuine unconditional regard toward my clients. I am committed to provide a safe space in which to explore your inner world and guide you toward growth and meaningful living.
